1. Poor prices for kangaroo meat

In this article, advancing costs of kangaroo and dropping incomes are affecting both kangaroo hunters and cattle producer. Cheap prices drive hunters away from the industry and there is excess supply versus demand, prices decline.

It is very interesting that there are many people who engage in industry related kangaroo in Australia. In high school, I studied the theory on famous law of supply and demand that consumer demand goes up as the price of a good less. Therefore for a period of time there have been kept chaos, but a few times later, prices will rise because of low supply caused by people who leave kangaroo industry.

2. Racist men abuse, spit on kids at dad’s Indian restaurant

2 racist men abuse racial tirade, spit on 2 kids in a family’s Indian restaurant. They show a low life act to families of migrants. They have been charged with public nuisance and banned from coming anywhere near the restaurant.

I heard there are many racist in Australia, but racist should think themselves that they are eligible for discriminating against someone based on race. People have the right to be treated as beings of value in ourselves. Racist should throw their thoughts because we are same human.

3. Concern over bugs resistant to banned antibiotic found in chicken

Scientists from the School of Biology have found bugs resistant to forbidden antibiotic in chickens and they worried about health of human who get illness from the contaminated chicken meat. Most people think cooked chicken is safe, but for preparing food with chicken meat, it is dangerous chicken to contact with human or household surface.

My favorite food is chicken. Although I always meet completely cooked chicken, I will check the chicken’s country of origin. The Department of Agriculture of Australia should ensure to safety of chicken for their imports and exports.
