In this article, a firefighter says he thinks that drivers who are fat can be more dangerous than drivers who are under the influence of drugs and alchol. Because if people are fat, their body size could worse their ability to control the vehicle.

Many people know that the danger of driving with drugs and alchol already, but driving eith fat is also dangerous. I think that people who cannot control their body and manage the vehicle should not handle vehicle by themselves. The government should make traffic law about regulating drivers who are fat.
